The Lions defense contained Lower Merion all afternoon allowing only one touchdown. Patrick Kenworthy had a key sack for the Lions, and Brandt Waples had two tackles dropping Lower Merion's backs for Losses one each.
Elliot Nicholas returned the opening kick off for a touchdown and ran for a second late in the third quarter. Terrnace Jackson ran 35 yards down the Lions side line behind great blocks by Nicholas Barrett and Matt Spahr.
